We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Chat Reservation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will handle real-time customer inquiries and reservations through our live chat system. You’ll assist with bookings, provide accurate information, and ensure a seamless customer experience—all while maintaining a friendly and professional tone. If you have excellent written communication skills, a knack for multitasking, and a passion for helping others, we’d love to hear from you.
Assist customers via chat with booking or modifying reservations.
Provide information about services, availability, pricing, and policies.
Handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously, maintaining speed and accuracy.
Upsell or cross-sell additional services or upgrades when appropriate.
Resolve issues such as booking errors, cancellations, or special requests.
Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., front desk, management, or logistics) to confirm details.
Document interactions in CRM or reservation systems.
Eligibility:
